How to Use No Grind Batter Mix
Prepare soft, fluffy Idli and crispy Dosa with our naturally fermented batter mix.
Mix the Batter
Add 1 cup of No Grind Mix + 1.5 cups warm water. Whisk until smooth.
Ferment Naturally
Let it rest for 6–8 hours in a warm place until fermented.
Steam Idlis / Make Dosas
Steam for soft Idlis or spread on tawa for crispy Dosas.
